Review : "Spirit"

Mohanlal show the direction to flows the spirit all over the screen to stole the catchy attraction, Another malayalam movie from method director named Ranjith to gave some good supporting message to the civil society. After watching this malayalam movie "Spirit" will definetely leave some positive vibe on you thats the strength combo of Mohanlal and Director Ranjith. Well worth, watch it for sure.......

"Spirit" points out how alcohol effected the every part of the society with its emergence as the good revenue for the government and takes a dig at the social structure of Kerala with this alcoholism. Story of "Spirit" rolls out with Raghunandan portrayed by Mohanlal, starts of preparing a novel that too along with his life has a part of a former
banker and a T.V.Show anchor in him. Raghunandan is also a pucca alcoholic gets situational with not getting a drink at his time.

Raghunandan's habit of drinking led to the turmoil in his personal life as his wife Meera enacted by Kaniha, divorced him seven years back and now married to Raghunandan's friend Alexy characterized by Shankar Ramakrishnan. Both Alexy and Meera has the son Adithya with physically can't hear and speak and who's been born with the relationship between Raghu and Meera. On the other hand Raghu is doesn't worry about his personal life and take on how life comes, that forms the rest apart of Spirit. First half is totally based on the alcoholic life and the second half turns to the social message and more peculiar one. Mohanlal shattered the every limit to control the situation required to dive into the character of Raghunandan and the film is all belong to the great actor Mohanlal. Shankar Ramakrishnan made his debut a perfect one with the character of Alexy and Kaniha came up pretty well, Nandu done his best to gave some unexpected scenes with the character of a plumber. Lena, Thilakan, Madhu, Kalpana, Govindankutty, Suraaj Venjharamoodu, Tiny Tom, Sidharth and other done their parts in fine way.

Another superb script from the Director himself Ranjith and unmatched direction sense that leads Director Ranjith to convey his own style of message to the audience that may effect some social cause. Venu gave his fantastic shot with the cinematography and Vijai Shankar done the good editing. Songs are nice with the touch up from Rafeeque Ahamed and Shahbaz Aman. Aashirvad Cinemas Banner, Antony Perumbavoor is the producer of this malayalam film "Spirit" and Max Lab Entertainments brought this malayalam movie "Spirit" to the theatres. Nice effort from the whole crew of Ranjith and team......
